Ordering and quotes
How do I get a price from Trivana?
Send your requirement list through the Request a Quote form, by email to info@trivana.net, or by WhatsApp as a photo of your list. Trivana returns a written quote with unit prices, pack sizes, lead times and validity against each line. Trivana does not publish prices, because bulk pricing depends on quantity, specification, origin and delivery point.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Trivana supplies in bulk to businesses, and a bulk price is only meaningful against a specific quantity, brand, pack size and delivery schedule. Publishing a single figure would mislead most buyers, so every enquiry is priced individually against the requirement.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Trivana works on business volumes rather than retail quantities, and the practical minimum differs by category and by line [CONFIRM: exact minimum order values per category]. If a requirement is below the workable minimum, Trivana will say so when quoting rather than quote a price that cannot be honoured.
Can I order a mixed list across several categories?
Yes. A single order can combine food, cleaning, packaging, disposables, stationery and equipment lines, and it is invoiced and delivered as one consignment wherever the logistics allow. Consolidating categories with one supplier is the main reason most Trivana customers work this way.
How long is a quote valid?
Each quote states its own validity period on the document, because exposure to freight, currency and commodity movement differs by line. If a quote has expired, Trivana will re-price it on request rather than assume the old figure still holds.
Delivery and lead times
Do you deliver across all seven Emirates?
Yes. Trivana delivers to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah from its warehouse in Dubai Investments Park 2. Delivery charges and scheduling for locations outside Dubai are confirmed at quotation stage.
What are your typical lead times?
Lines held in the Dubai warehouse are normally dispatched within a short window of order confirmation, while indent and imported lines depend on origin, shipping mode and clearance [CONFIRM: standard dispatch and indent lead times]. Every quote states the lead time per line so that a delivery date can be planned rather than assumed.
Can you deliver to multiple sites on one order?
Yes. Multi-site delivery against a single purchase order is standard for hospitality groups, facilities management companies and school operators, and each site can sign its own delivery note. This keeps the ordering paperwork central while the goods arrive where they are used.
Can you hold stock for a contract?
Under a term contract Trivana can hold agreed lines in the Dubai warehouse and release them on a call-off basis, so that a fixed price and a short lead time are both available for the contract period. The volumes and storage arrangement are agreed in writing before the contract starts.
What happens if a line is out of stock?
Trivana notifies the buyer before dispatch and offers an equivalent for approval rather than substituting silently. For contract customers a list of pre-approved equivalents is agreed in advance so that critical lines are never held up waiting for a decision.
Payment and commercial terms
What payment terms do you offer?
Terms depend on the account, the order value and the credit checks completed, and range from payment in advance to agreed credit terms for established and contract customers [CONFIRM: standard credit terms and approval process]. The terms that apply to a specific order are stated on the quotation.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Quoted prices are exclusive of VAT unless the quotation states otherwise, and UAE VAT is applied on the invoice at the prevailing rate. Trivana is VAT registered and its TRN appears on every tax invoice [CONFIRM: TRN to be published].
Do you supply on a purchase order?
Yes. Trivana supplies against a customer purchase order and references the purchase order number on the delivery note and the invoice, so that receipt, delivery and invoice reconcile line by line. This is the normal arrangement for government, enterprise and facilities management accounts.
What is your returns policy?
Goods damaged in transit, short-shipped or delivered outside the agreed specification are replaced or credited when reported promptly after delivery [CONFIRM: reporting window and returns conditions]. Correctly supplied stock ordered in error is assessed case by case, since bulk food and hygiene lines cannot always be returned to stock.
Tenders and government supply
Do you take part in government tenders?
Yes. Trivana prepares complete tender submissions including the priced schedule in the buyer's format, licence and registration documents, specification compliance statements and capacity evidence. Send the tender documents and Trivana will complete the schedule to the stated deadline.
Which documents can you provide for supplier registration?
Trivana can provide its trade licence, VAT registration certificate, company profile, bank details and the standard declarations that public and enterprise buyers request during vendor registration. Additional product-specific certificates are supplied per category on request.
Can you hold a fixed price for a contract period?
Yes. Fixed-price term contracts are standard for schools, camps, government departments and facilities management companies, and the price is held for the agreed period on the agreed volumes. Where a commodity carries unusual exposure, Trivana states that clearly at tender stage instead of pricing a risk it cannot hold.
Products, sourcing and quality
What if the product I need is not listed on your website?
Trivana sources off-list items to specification through its Other Products category and its import network. Send the specification, a photograph or a competitor part number and Trivana will confirm whether it can be supplied and at what lead time.
Can you supply a specific brand?
Where a brand is specified, Trivana quotes that brand and states clearly if it can only offer an equivalent. Brand availability on imported lines depends on the origin market and shipping schedule, so the quotation always names the brand actually being offered.
Do you handle import and export?
Yes. Trivana imports for its own stock and arranges import and export shipments for customers, including supplier coordination at origin, documentation and delivery to the destination point. Requirements vary by commodity and destination, so each shipment is scoped individually.
How do you handle food safety and shelf life?
Food lines are supplied with traceable origin, brand and lot information, and a minimum remaining shelf life is agreed as a condition of acceptance on the purchase order. Storage and handling at the Dubai warehouse follow the food control requirements applicable to the goods [CONFIRM: approval references].
Can you provide samples before a large order?
Samples can usually be provided for stocked lines so that a kitchen, housekeeping team or technical department can approve a product before a bulk commitment. Sample availability and any charge are confirmed with the quotation.
Still need an answer?
Send your requirement and we will answer the commercial questions in the quote itself.
